HSP's (Highly Sensitive Person) - High sensitivity (also known as Sensory-Processing Sensitivity) is a trait that affects 15 to 20% of the population. Individuals with this personality trait experience "an increased sensitivity of the central nervous system and a deeper cognitive
processing of physical, social and emotional stimuli."(Boterberg, Sofie; Warreyn, Petra; 2016)
In other words, you feel deeply and you have a stronger physical and psychological experience of daily life. You're not "too sensitive", and if cultivated with care, this can be a real superpower!
