Areas of Focus:
HSP's (Highly Sensitive Person) - High sensitivity (also known as Sensory-Processing Sensitivity) is a trait that affects 15 to 20% of the population. Individuals with this personality trait experience "an increased sensitivity of the central nervous system and a deeper cognitive
processing of physical, social and emotional stimuli"(Boterberg, Sofie; Warreyn, Petra; 2016). In other words, you feel deeply and you have a stronger physical and psychological experience of daily life. You're not overly 'sensitive' or 'too shy', and if cultivated with care, this can be a real superpower!
I support and educate my clients about what it means to be a sensitive individual in a not-so sensitive society.
I help HSP's cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves as well as tools for nurturing a meaningful and fulfilling life.

ROCD (Relationship OCD)- ROCD is a subset of OCD that focuses on intimate relationships. While questions about one's relationship are normal, ROCD sufferers are overwhelmed with doubts about their attraction and love for their partner and the "rightness" of their relationship. I support my clients development of knowledge and tools for managing the stress and anxiety that arises with ROCD so they may have more satisfying and fulfilling relationships.
Couples - I work with couples dedicated to the therapeutic process. Couples who have both feet in the door and are looking to develop effective and compassionate communication techniques to deepen their relationship.
